Tunney Western is a Perth-based vocalist, live entertainer and MC. Trained at the Johnny Young Talent School and WAAPA, she has built a career across live music, musical theatre, corporate productions, family entertainment and community performance.
She has performed for international entertainment giants including Nickelodeon — bringing Angelica from the Rugrats to life — and The Wiggles, where she was Dorothy the Dinosaur for Western Australia for more than a decade.
As one of the main corporate vocalists for Bent Knee Creative, one of Western Australia's biggest event and entertainment companies, Tunney headlined countless spectacular productions at Crown Casino — from the Hopman Cup in 2011, the WA Tourism Awards and the REIWA Awards to Channel 10's 20-year anniversary celebrations, the Wella Hair Awards and charity balls for Ronald McDonald House.
Her musical theatre credits include Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Nancy in Oliver!, Effie in Dreamgirls and Tracy in Hairspray.
